The School of Education is one of the fastest-growing secondary colleges in the Sichuan Institute of Industrial Technology. Adhering to the tenet of 'educate ethics and culture', following the concept of 'casting souls, cultivating people', insisting on moral values establishment of talents, we build a talent training system centered on innovation and practical capabilities which is market-oriented. We strive to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with noble morality, positive attitude, solid foundation, skillful and the pursuit of excellence.

The school has two junior college majors: preschool education and law secretarial. A new undergraduate major in preschool education has been added, and students will be formally recruited since 2020. The school has a strong faculty, with more than 30 full-time and part-time teachers, of which 10 are associate professors, and 70% have intermediate titles. They have undertaken and participated in more than 10 provincial-level projects, published more than 100 papers, published monographs, and edited 15 textbooks. We have rich teaching resources and excellent teaching conditions, built 17 professional skills training rooms including digital piano room, Montessori training room, Orff music training room, sentiment training room, art training room, dance training room, and simulation court, provide the foundation for training solid and skilled preschool teachers. In addition, the school has created a trinity model of 'recruitment, internship, and employment'. We have signed internship cooperation agreements with Chengdu, Deyang, Luojiang and dozens of kindergartens, early childhood education institutions, judicial organs, legal affairs consulting institutions, etc., and established in-depth and comprehensive school enterprise cooperation relationship with Sichuan Mingde Education Group, so as to broaden channels for students' internship training and career. At the same time, we have established cooperative relationships with colleges and universities, further enriching the way for college students to continue their undergraduate studies.
