The second is to timely communicate the employer's recruitment brochure. Notify the graduates with recruitment information via the Institute’s website, and help students to improve their resumes and encourage them to submit in time. Graduates can also send an electronic resumes to email email@example.com, and the office will make recommendations based on the graduate's intention of jobs. The third is to strengthen online recruitment. Links to the official websites of provincial job fairs have been added to the website of the office to ensure that students can be informed of latest online recruitment. The graduate’s counselors are also required to keep an eye on the employment contract of graduates, pay attention to the employment information released by the office, and focus on those graduates who have difficulty in landing a job.
